Description
This wiper is made of 100% Polyester material pre-saturated with a blend of 70% IPA and 30% DI water. Edges of the wipe are secured using laser cut. With this, the wiper surface can be fully utilized as there is absence of non-abrasive edges. Since wiper is already pre-saturated, solvent usage can be minimized.
These pre-sat wipers are then Gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 to allow for use in aseptic and critical areas. Circular Red Sticker on the packaging ensures wipers passed through sterilization process.
Sterile wipers provide excellent cleaning to critical sterile environments such as pharmaceutical areas, sterile suites, microbiological laboratories and biotechnology manufacturing facilities.
